REQUIRED INGREDIENTS
150g of flour, 40g butter, Salt To Taste, Fish [medium quality], Potatoes, Curry, Thyme, Onions, Seasoning, Pepper and vegetable oil.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Parboil the fish for 5 minutes, drain the water and pieces the fish. Rub the inside of your frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it on fire. Mix the flour and butter very well and add water to make it firm. Add onion, curry, thyme, and fish and leave for 5 minutes. Roll the pastry on a flat clean surface with rolling pin. Then cut into some sizes. Put it in the oven and bake.
